Taste Of Sacrifice!!!!!!!!!!!! Dads are not chesty

Have we ever sacrificed anything for our loved ones? Of course, if we want something from them. Technically, sacrifice is directly proportional to our wants from others. Why are we reluctant to sacrifice tiny things to our loved ones? By chance if someone sacrificed something for someone, why are they loquacious about it? Show off? Do they want to show their benevolence?

ARE THE ABOVE INTERPRETATIONS TRUE IN ALL THE CASES?

NO.

A small fable,

A 13yr old lad completed his 5th standard. One day, he saw some of the boys who are elder than him were playing Chess. On seeing them playing, the little boy also wanted to play chess. So, he approached his dad. He shouted, "Dad, I want a chess board". His dad who is gentle in nature bought him a chess board. After a few days, the boy somehow learnt to play chess. He beat all of his friends. The boy was hubris.Being hubris is not his fault. If we keenly noticed ourselves in our young age, we had the mentality that we have to win all the battles whoever the opponent is. Everyday, both(dad and son) were used to play chess. The boy won all the matches against his dad. One day, unfortunately the boy was in the situation of losing the game. He didn't know what to do? Dad saw the tears stagnant in the eyes of his adorable son. He didn't want his son to lose the game. Didn't want to hurt him. Didn't want to lower his confidence. His dad deliberately made a wrong move. The boy won the match. The boy didn't know about his dad deliberate move. He thought that he played well and he won the match.

Now tell, who was happy? The boy was happy but the dad was in ECSTASY. The story may be boring. But the message it delivers in the last is notable.

I'm not saying to the people to sacrifice their life or money. Just try to sacrifice something very tiny for your loved ones and make them feel happy. You will feel the euphoria.

At that moment that boy didn't noticed his dad tiny sacrifice. But he saw the eyes of his dad. Later, when he grown up he remembered those eyes and the moment, he felt proud of his dad.

Now the message part,
We managers, even though you know small things, just ask your subordinates or your boss. Hello boss "You are well versed in the above topic, can you please just explain me". They will surely explain you. This will create an impression in your boss or sub ordinate's mind that you are harmless and open-minded. In future, if they have any doubts, clarifications or even help they will approach you. You are breaking the barriers between you and them. This will lead to create rapport. This is my opinion. If possible, just try it once. I tried.

Make your loved ones happy for at least a few circumstances.
